Not only are the staff great at providing the correct information for the products but a specific staff member Lauren had great customer service. The products themselves have worked greatly for me and I will continue to buy from Infotone for years to come. People should try this ink! It is not a cheap copy, in my opinion, it works the same if not better than HP ink, as thats the printer that I have at home and use daily. Thanks Infotone! You are great!

The price is excellent and the ink quality is very good. Also I have had great service from Lauren, she is always there when I need anything and the little treats now and again are such a nice touch.

Infotone is a great company to work with, the advisor we have been dealing with (Helen) has been extremely friendly and a pleasure to work with. They have some great offers on for free products when purchasing certain items. delivery is quick and efficient I highly recommend using infotone. My only comment is that with our brand of printers (Epson) we receive a message letting us know we are not using genuine Epson cartridges this can be annoying but worth the saving in ink costs.
