100% Satisfaction Guarantee - All Infotone products come with our full satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Our Guarantee

Infotone Imaging Supplies Limited guarantees to replace or (at our option) repair any goods supplied by us that are proven to our reasonable satisfaction to be faulty as supplied, provided that:

3. How to Return Goods

Important: No return of goods may be made without our prior written approval. Please contact us first to arrange any return.

To arrange a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us first - Call 0800 026 8031 or email orders@infotone.co.uk to report the issue and request a return
  2. Receive a returns number - If the return is approved, we will issue an official returns number and specific returns instructions
  3. Follow the return instructions - Return the goods according to the instructions provided; the return is only valid with a valid returns number

4. Restocking Fee

A 30% restocking fee may be charged on approved returns that are not the result of a fault or error on our part. This covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging and restocking returned goods.

No restocking fee will apply if the goods are faulty, damaged or incorrect.

5. Delivery Shortages and Damage

Any delivery shortages or damage incurred during shipment to the packaging or products must be reported to Infotone within 7 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process your claim.

6. Faulty Products - Ink and Toner Cartridges

If you receive a faulty ink or toner cartridge, please contact us immediately. In most cases, we will arrange a replacement to be sent out on the same day you report the issue. We may ask you to return the faulty cartridge for inspection.

7. Refunds

Where a refund is due, we will process it to the original payment method within 14 working days of receiving the returned goods and confirming the issue. Refunds for approved returns will include the cost of the goods and any applicable VAT. Original delivery charges are refunded only where the return is due to a fault or error on our part.

8. Order Cancellations

Once an order has been received and accepted, cancellation will only be accepted at our discretion. We reserve the right to charge for all materials or products made or purchased and work carried out up to the date of acceptance of cancellation.

9. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer as defined by section 6(2) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, your statutory rights are not affected by any provisions in this policy. Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
